This Privacy Policy describes how the Controller “Soft-M IT Systems Integrator, Michał Ziemba” with the registered address at Starochwaszczyńska 26, 81-571 Gdynia, Poland (“we”, “us”, or “our”), the Organizer of Baltic Summit Poland, collects, uses, and shares personal data collected from attendees of the conference. By purchasing a ticket for the Baltic Summit conference, you (“attendee” or “you”) agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

1. Personal Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data from conference attendees:

  • Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone number
  • Job Title
  • Position
  • Name of the company you represent

2. Use of Personal Data

We use the personal data collected from attendees for the following purposes:

  • Registering attendees for the Baltic Summit Poland conference.
  • Sending important conference-related communications, such as event updates, schedules, and logistics information only for the purpose of the Conference
  • Sharing attendee details with sponsors of the Baltic Summit conference in accordance with the p. 6.2 of the Conference Regulation

3. Sharing of Personal Data

We may share attendee’s personal data with the following parties:

  • Sponsors of the Baltic Summit conference, for marketing purposes related to their participation in the conference.

4. Entrustment of data processing

We will entrust for processing Attendees’ personal data to other entities, with which we have signed entrustment agreements with appropriate requirements for technical and organizational data protection measures.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

6. Period of use of personal data collected

We will process your data for the period necessary for proper preparation, execution and closure of the Conference, but not longer than for the period of 12 months.

If you agree to the use of personal data during the registration your data will be processed by the Controller for the preparation period for other events organized by the Controller next year. 

7. Transfer to third parties

We will not transfer your data to the third parties, outside of EU/EEU area

As an attendee of the Baltic Summit conference, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • You have the right to access, update, or correct your personal data.
  • You have the right to request deletion of your personal data.
  • You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
  • You have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time.

Your data will not be subject for automated decision making, including profiling
